Thank you for shopping with Native Candles.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reason, including scent preference, change of mind, or used products.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly to begin the return or replacement process.

To request a return for a damaged item, please send us a message with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the damage
  • Clear photos of the damaged product
  • Clear photos of the packaging, if applicable

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Have arrived damaged
  • Be reported within a reasonable timeframe after delivery
  • Include photo evidence of the damage

Refunds or Replacements

Once your request is reviewed, we will determine whether a replacement, store credit, or refund will be issued at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Used products
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Scent preference or personal preference
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • Change of mind
